Apparently this is sort of a rare action figure. I think it's missing some sunglasses or some sort of visor or something like that. It's supposed to talk but this one doesn't it might just have dead batteries it's got the speaker in its chest and a little button on its arm. Otherwise it's going to be a pretty nice shape other than please note that the blue undergarment has a little tearing around its neck where it looks like it was kind of pressed on to the person's body because the clothes go on kind of tight. This was not originally my own toy I found it at a thrift store. It is what you see in the pictures.
