Regarding the input power source: A single 3.7V lithium battery or two batteries in series, such as 18650 batteries, or nickel-cadmium/nickel-metal hydride battery packs, 4V or 6V lead-acid batteries, etc. (6V batteries achieve the best results)
Product usage instructions:
The module has an input end and an output end. The red and green (white) wires are the input end, with red being positive and green (white) being negative. The two thick high-voltage wires of the same color are the output end. Secure the output end at an appropriate arc distance, connect the input end to the battery, and high-voltage or high-temperature arcs will be generated.
Module usage precautions:
1. The high-voltage module should avoid being powered on under high-voltage no-load conditions. Before powering on, the appropriate distance between the high-voltage wires must be adjusted. The arc distance of the high-voltage wires is directly proportional to the battery voltage and capacity used.
2. When testing the arc distance, start with a shorter distance and gradually increase it. Under no circumstances should the maximum arc distance be exceeded during operation, as the inability to release high-voltage energy can easily damage the module.
3. The module has high power and poor internal heat dissipation, so it should not be operated continuously for extended periods.
4. To determine if the battery capacity can drive the maximum output power, measure the battery voltage during arc generation. If the voltage is around 6V, the maximum power can be output.
5. For small-capacity lithium batteries, two cells in series provide 7.2V. During arc testing, the voltage drops to around 4V. The smaller the capacity, the lower the voltage. Therefore, it is recommended to use lithium batteries with a capacity of 2000mAh or higher, and preferably 4000mAh or higher if possible.
