The San Francisco 49ers rolled into Lincoln Financial Field on December 3, 2023, for a matchup with the Philadelphia Eagles. At that point, the teams had the two best records in the NFC, and the contest was also a rematch of the NFC Championship Game of a year prior. When Purdy got knocked out of that contest, it was all Eagles as they went on to the Super Bowl. This game was the complete opposite though, thanks to Purdy’s best game as a professional in the 42-19 Niners win. Purdy diced up the Eagles, which came into the game with a perfect home record, to the tune of 314 yards passing and four touchdowns. Purdy's second season in the NFL saw tremendous improvement across the board as he finished the year with 31 touchdowns and a 69.4 completion percentage while taking the 49ers all the way to the Super Bowl, where they fell to Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs, 25-22.

The jersey features all numbering and lettering in tackle twill. Purdy has signed the “3” of his number “13” on the back of the jersey in bold silver Sharpie. Purdy added the inscription “GU 12-3-23” and “19/27, 314 yds, 4 TDs” in the same silver Sharpie on the same number “3.” An NFL Shield patch rests on the base of the jersey's v-neck collar above a central "49ERS" wordmark patch above Purdy's front-facing number "13." A captain's "C" patch with one gold star is embroidered on the jersey's upper right chest. Sewn to the inside back of the jersey's collar is a Nike Engineered size "42" manufacturer's patch with attached "2023" and "SKILL" flags. The jersey exhibits incredible game use and has been absolutely pounded. Field staining and contact marks are visible all over the jersey. The jersey is accompanied by a COA from Fanatics for the use and the signature.
