Safe & Sound Styptic Pencil, helps to stop bleeding from minor cuts and scratches by contracting blood vessels. Typically used as a shaving cut stick, alum sticks can also be used as insect sting remedy for relief from discomfort caused by insect bites and stings. Anhydrous aluminium sulfate is the main ingredient and acts as a vasoconstrictor in order to disable the blood flow. Styptic pencils or stick, otherwise known as hemostatic pencil are for use by one person only. For external use only.
