Metal Gasket Seal for Slim Lighter Inserts - Fits Zippo Slim and Zorro 538 Lighter Cases.
A metal gasket designed for inserts used inside Zippo "Slim" cases. This gasket will also fit the insert used inside Zorro 538 cases.
The gasket comes with one rubber o-ring which seals the fuel hole when the flap is closed and a modified felt pad. Together they help to reduce fuel evaporation at the base when compared to the normal felt pad.
Please note: This metal gasket will NOT fit standard sized inserts, only the more narrow "slim" inserts.
It is important to make enough space for the
cone stabilizer (opposite end to the flintspring), thereby allowing it
to fully sit level inside the insert.
