DRIVE IS NONWORKING, SOLD AS-IS, FOR PARTS OR REPAIR. Drive powers on, but is not recognized by system in BIOS or OS. When attempting to boot from Seagate utility, the software gives a “COMRESET failed (errno=-16)” error before loading the software with no acknowledgement of the drive being connected.
