Unscrew the top screw, the rotor will rotate. Suitable for spinning reels.
Tight the top screw, the rotor will Lock,suitable for other types of fishing reels.
The Middle Knob controls the opening and closing size of the roter claws.
Rotor claws can be extended up to 2.56"

Additional accessories to solve the fixing problem of different spools bore diameter.
Two sizes are suitable for most spools, use the tool to through spools bore diameter, and then secure it to the winder. This design is more robust and portable.
