Synopsis:
In Universal Century 0079, war erupts as the Principality of Zeon declares independence from the Earth Federation. Early in the conflict, Zeon gains the upper hand due to their powerful new weapon: the mobile suit. Despite their initial success, they lack the strength to take full control of Earth, leading to a prolonged stalemate.
Nearly a year into the war, the Earth Federation seizes a Zeon-held base in Eastern Europe. In response, Zeon dispatches a mixed battalion to reclaim it—among them is Solari and her Red Wolf Squadron, a newly arrived mobile suit unit fresh from space.
