This is the 7.5" Zsu Zse Asian doll by artist Helen Kish in the Riley & Friends line of dolls.  She has been redressed in this really cute (originally for Barbie) Shrek school outfit.  It is complete with the top, skirt, backpack, and shoes.  We think she looks adorable in it!
