The door thickness that can be installed is 40 to 50 mm.
Please be sure to check the instructions below, as fire doors that do not meet the specifications may incur additional parts costs or may not be installed.
Height of door side mortise: Height of mortise 10~12cm
Additional components are required when installing thick doors for insulation/fire protection.
If the mortise (latch) location is obscured, it can be done by removing the obscured iron plate.
Doors without mortise (latch) holes require punching (additional cost noted)
Slide inside door cannot install this door lock, ( FYI: All Korea Digital Door Locks are for Out swing Doors)

Self-installation instructions

  • Check product contents
  • Check the mortise latch direction setting
  • Check the IN/OUT insertion direction of the handle shaft
  • Check the installation of the handle shaft fixing pin
  • Beware of cable pinching and disconnection
  • When connecting the cable connector, be careful not to bend the pins or the direction.
  • Be careful not to tighten the screws too much, as this may cause the door to warp or the top of the door lock to come off.
  • Verify striker and magnet box sensor installation
  • When installing by yourself, read the installation manual and installation video carefully before installing.
  • * If the product is damaged due to the customer's negligence during self-installation, it cannot be exchanged or returned.

Please note that all items will be shipped from South Korea after being double-checked. You can find shipping options and costs in the shipping and payments table. By default, we use Economy shipping, but if you want to receive your order faster, you can choose other options. To ensure safe and fast delivery, please provide your complete and accurate shipping address when you make your purchase. Please note that it's not possible to change the shipping address after the product has been purchased. We will provide you with a tracking number within 2-3 days of shipment (excluding weekends and public holidays).

- Economy shipping: Tracking number provided. Delivery time is approximately 35-50 days.

- Standard shipping: Tracking number provided. Delivery time is approximately 20-35 days.

- Expedited shipping (EMS/DHL/FedEx): Tracking number provided. Delivery time is faster than other options.* If you're using (Economy shipping), It can usually take a month or two to a couple of months, depending on your location

Return Policy

We want to make sure that you are very satisfied with your purchase. For any reason to return, you can return it within 14 days from the day you received it. But before returning it, you should contact us first immediately. So that we can assist you with the required arrangement upon your request. Please include the original receipt in your return package or add a note with your eBay username. Refund will be done according to the following condition

All items must be returned in their original condition. The package must be in unopened condition, the items are in unused condition, and not missing any part of the product (Except the defects of the manufacturing). We will only refund after receiving the returned product and deduct the shipping cost and 10% of restocking fees.

The return will be rejected if the package has been opened and the whole or parts of the items are used, parts are missing and damaged by the negligence of the buyer (except for defects in manufacturing). In case of any defects found, only defects in manufacturing are accepted as the reason for return. 

If the package is returned due to refusal to pay customs tax or unsuccessful delivery (e.g., insufficient address information, no receiver, local customs, etc.) the buyers have to pay for all shipping costs, customs fees, and 10% of the total price restocking fee.

After we receive the returned product, a Refund will be done.
