is a conical fiber hat with leather applications, comes from the FULANI People in West Africa, it is typically eorn by WOBAABE, a nomadic cattle herder, subgroup of the FULANI. Often worn above a turban.
In general, a FULANI hat is a basketball hat made of plant fibers (elephant grass). It is covered in leather both at the brim and top and with decorative lesther elements in the middle. At the base of the FULANI there is ofter a chin strap with a hassle at the end.
