IV. Common Faults and Replacement Recommendations

Fault Symptoms: Engine vibration, insufficient power, high fuel consumption, difficulty starting in cold weather, black smoke, unstable idling.

Replacement Tips: It is recommended to replace all 4 injectors simultaneously to avoid engine imbalance caused by performance differences between the old and new injectors; after replacement, the coding (CRI) must be matched to ensure precise injection.

V. Installation and Torque Parameters

Injector cap tightening: 55±5 Nm

Solenoid valve nut: 30±5 Nm

Installation Notes: Clean the common rail and mounting holes to prevent impurities from entering; replace with a new copper washer to prevent oil leakage.
