The fourth work in the series, the legendary Kamen Rider 555 (Faiz) is the work that pushed the popularity of the Heisei Kamen Rider series to its peak. 20 years after the broadcast, the story of Orphnochs, an evolved form of humanity, and humanity is depicted.
Is it a continuation of the dream, or the beginning of despair?
Mari Sonoda (Yuria Haga) runs a dry cleaning shop called Seiyo Sentakuho Kikuchi together with Keitaro Kikuchi's nephew Jotaro (Daiji Asakawa), Naoya Kaido (Mitsuru Karahashi), and Masato Kusaka (Kohei Murakami), who has returned at some point, and protects the Orphnochs. Meanwhile, Smart Brain, which has been restructured by the government, has transformed into a company that aims to eliminate Orphnochs, and Kitazaki (Rei Fujita) is now in charge of the company.
One day, in order to save the cornered Orphnochs, Kusaka and Kaido transform into Kamen Rider Kaixa and Snake Orphnoch and engage in combat with the annihilation squad leader, Reina Kurumi (Rumika Fukuda) and Kamen Rider Muse. Then, Takumi Inui (Kento Handa), who had disappeared from Mari and the others several years ago and had not been seen since, appears. Takumi transforms into Kamen Rider Faiz, a different form from before, and begins to use his powers as a vanguard for Smart Brain...!
Mari and the others are confused after being attacked by Next Faiz. Why is Takumi in Smart Brain? What has he been doing up until now?
Their turbulent reunion was just the beginning of a new story about Orphnochs and humanity.
