This means that items should be unused, unworn, unwashed, free of any stains, tears, scuffs or smells (i.e. smoke or pet hair). Items must be returned in the original packaging with any/all manufacturer tags and accessories.

1. Choose any carrier to ship your product back to us.
2. Include your Order Number on the outside of the package. (order number can be found on the paperwork included with the original shipment). You may include a copy of the paperwork in your return shipment.
