1960s floral print California Poppy 100% Cotton maxi dress in Vintage size 12. Has accents of eyelet across top, and neon green satin sewn in belt. Zip back with built in thin bra and adjustable shoulder straps to add length or shorten dress by approx. 5 inches as seen in photo. The length of 54 inches can be increased by 5 inches if shoulder straps are buttoned on last button hole.

Has some age-yellowing of inner lining around bra area, and one small area of (possible?) rust stain as shown in last photo, not very visible among the floral pattern. No tears or holes noted.
