Compact and sufficient light output
This clip-on flash is compact yet highly reliable and easy to use, meeting the needs of professionals and advanced amateurs.In addition, even though it is pocket-sized, it can emit light with a guide number of 28 (*2), approaching that of the higher-end model "HVL-F45RM" (*1), at a coverage angle of 50mm, and produces sufficient light even when using bounce flash, which does not shine directly on the subject.

Durable performance for long periods of shooting
The HVL-F28RMA has a stamina performance of up to approximately 110 flashes (when using 1/1 manual flash, when using AA alkaline batteries, approximately 130 flashes when using nickel-metal hydride batteries)(＊).

Detailed operation possible from compatible cameras (*)
Detailed operations related to the flash, such as flash mode and flash compensation, can be performed from the "External Flash Settings" of the attached compatible camera (*). If you assign the operations to the custom keys of the camera in advance, you can call up the settings screen while looking through the viewfinder without taking your hands off the grip during shooting.
