Operating Steps：

1.Ensure comprehensive security and protection measures.
 

2.Place the metal into the crucible.
 

3.Place the crucible into the furnace.
 

4.Preheat the machine and crucible at 300-500°C for 3-5 minutes.
 

5.After preheating,adjust the temperature to the melting point and wait for the metal to melt.
 

6.After the metal is melted, use a torch to preheat the graphite mold.
 

7.Pour the molten metal into the graphite mold.
 

8.After finishing, put the crucible back into the machine and turn off the power.

Note:

1.Density Fusion Point (Silver): 961.78°C (Gold): 1064°C (Copper): 1084°C

2.After turning on the power switch, set the maximum temperature. If it is the first timeto use, please set the temperature to 300-500°C, and preheat the machine and crucible for 3-5 minutes

3.Before using the graphite mold, use a torch or other heating equipment to preheat at 300-500°C for 3-5 minutes.

4.The product work is under high-temperature conditions, so it can't work for a long time, and it needs to be cooled for 3 hours.

5. The maximum temperature of the product is 1100 °C. It is forbidden to smelt beyond this temperature.

6.In order to achievethebestresults of smelting, do not fill the crucible. It is forbidden tousea full-loaded crucible, up to 70% of the maximum capacityof the crucible.

7.Graphite crucibles and coin graphite ingot molds are graphite consumables with limited service life. The actual effective usage time is not fixed and may fluctuate with the melting point of the melted metal and the difference in the amount of metal melted in a single operation.
