The cherries are dried, then coated with a specially blended dark chocolate using an old-fashioned candy-coating method called “panning.” In the end, hundreds of very thin layers of chocolate envelop the cherries – you won’t see the layers, but you will taste the meticulous care that goes into each and every bite.
