This is Crib Crowd Ginny Baby Love, an 8" Vogue Ginny reproduction doll.  The doll is made from the original 1950's Ginny molds and her outfit is also a 1950's reproduction. She is in the box but has been out, a limited edition of 1000 made in 2004.  She has a soft, curly, mohair wig.
