NM (near mint) - Shows very little to no signs of whitening 

LP (light play) - Shows signs of slight whitening, bends, or scratches

MP (moderate play) - Shows additional signs of whitening, bends, or scratches

HP (heavy play) - Shows additional signs of heavy whitening, bends, or scratches

DMG (damage) - Card is in bad condition and can have some or all of the above mentioned conditions including peels, stains, writing etc.
