  2. This is a classic Nikon F-mount manual focus telephoto lens.
  3. The lens is fully functional and can still be used for shooting, as shown in the sample photos.
  4. This lens is not perfect, but it has the classic all-metal Nikkor build quality and still delivers usable vintage images.

Condition

Appearance 

  1. The lens shows signs of normal use.
  2. There are some scratches and wear on the exterior, especially around the lens hood/front rim area.
  3. The engraved markings are clear and easy to read.
  4. The Nikon F bayonet mount, including the rabbit ears / crab claws, is clean and not distorted.

Function

  1. The lens works properly.
  2. The focus ring turns smoothly.
  3. The aperture ring clicks properly.
  4. The aperture blades move correctly and do not stick.
  5. The mount is secure.

Optics

  1. There is fungus inside the lens, visible on the middle lens element.
  2. There is also a small amount of dust inside the lens.
  3. There is no haze.
  4. There are no scratches on the glass.
  5. There is no balsam separation.
  6. I tested the lens, and it still produces usable images.
