925 Israel silver chain with freshwater pearl beads and an open-heart pendant necklace

It measures 16" long with a spring ring clasp.  It has silver beads and freshwater pearls on both sides of an open-heart pendant. The pendant measures 5/8" long including the bales x 5/8" wide. It is stamped 925 Israel on a charm and the condition is good with slight wear.
