1、Install the tension device
Fixed tension device,Install the tension rod as shown and lock the fixing screw,When locking, the screw must be aligned to the plane of the shaft.
2、Adjust the wool ring clip
Adjusted by the wool ring knob on the back of the tension,Loosen the clamping degree of wool clip,Right hand is tight,The left hand is loose. When using small tension,The clamping degree of the wool clip is that the patent wire does not fall out of the wool ring. Make it only produce slight resistance.
3、Set output tension
According to the user's required tension,Adjust the knob and anti-tension knob by repeatedly adjusting the tension,Make the output tension meet the requirements and the working angle of the tension rod is appropriate。
Tension and anti-tension adjustment instructions
1、Tension adjustment method:
Change the output tension by rotating the tension adjustment knob around。If the tension is small,Adjust the knob to adjust the tension through the right tension;If the tension is large,Then the left-handed tension adjusts the disc to reduce the tension.。
Note:In the left hand(Reduce tension)The tension adjustment knob must be adjusted when the tension adjustment knob stops working.Otherwise, it will cause disconnection and unstable tension.。
2、Anti-tension adjustment method:
The angle of tension rod swing during normal winding is the best working state when parallel to the plane on the box body.(As shown below),If the tension rod is higher than the parallel position,The anti-tension knob needs to be directed“Low”Direction rotation(Right hand),On the contrary, you need“High”Direction rotation(Left-handed)
