Fleet Air Wing Eleven was a U.S. Navy aviation unit specializing in maritime patrol, reconnaissance, and anti-submarine warfare (ASW). During the Cold War, FAW-11 was stationed at Naval Air Station Jacksonville, Florida, where it conducted surveillance missions to monitor Soviet naval activity using the P-2V Neptune and P-3 Orion.
Condition: Faint wear on close inspection. Functions and strikes freely. No fluid loaded.
