Overview

This Anthracite Grey uPVC capping board is designed to cover existing window sills and tired window boards without full replacement. The 1.25m long, 9mm thick board provides a durable, wipe-clean finish with depth options from 150mm to 300mm for a wide range of sill sizes.

Fitting

  1. Ensure the existing sill is clean and free from debris or grease.
  2. Measure and cut the capping board to size using a fine-tooth saw.
  3. Dry-fit the board to check alignment before final fixing.
  4. Apply suitable grab adhesive evenly to the back of the board.
  5. Press the board into place for a secure bond.
  6. Trim and fit the end caps where required, then seal edges with silicone for a neat professional finish.
