We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of receiving cleared funds (Monday to Friday). An express delivery option is available on selected items. If your order is placed before 10:00 am (Monday to Friday), items will be sent the same day and delivered within 1-2 working days (for some out of areas postcodes, deliveries might take slightly longer).
PLEASE NOTE : All deliveries are made by courier and will require a signature. Please ensure someone is present to sign for the item. Should the item be returned to us we will have to charge for re- delivery.
For orders cancelled after despatch you must follow our returns procedure. You are responsible for both the outgoing and return postage costs.
