Overview

This White uPVC window sill cover is designed for refurbishing existing timber or MDF window boards without removing the original sill. The gloss white surface gives a clean, modern finish and is easy to wipe clean, making it suitable for kitchens, bathrooms, utility rooms, rental properties and general interior upgrades.

Important size note Each board is 1.5m long. The selectable width / depth option refers to the front-to-back board depth: 100mm, 150mm, 175mm, 200mm, 225mm, 250mm, 300mm or 400mm.

Fitting

  1. Measure the existing window board and choose the correct depth option.
  2. Cut the capping board to the required length using a fine-tooth saw.
  3. Ensure the existing sill surface is clean, dry and free from dust.
  4. Dry-fit the board before applying adhesive.
  5. Apply suitable grab adhesive to the underside and press firmly into place.
  6. Seal edges or joints with silicone or decorator’s caulk for a neat finish.
