Directions

1 Package Kikkoman Stir-Fry Seasoning Mix; 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil; 1/2 Pound boneless chicken, beef or pork, cut in thin strips; 2 Stalks celery, thinly sliced; 1 Onion, sliced; 1 Carrot, thinly sliced; 1 Green bell pepper, chunked; 4 Fresh mushrooms, sliced. Dissolve mix in 2 Tbsp. water; set aside. Heat oil in hot wok or large skillet over High heat; add meat. Stir-fry 2 minutes. Add celery, carrot, onion and green pepper; stir-fry 2 minutes. Add mushrooms; stir-fry 1 minute longer. Stir in sea
