This is a new, unused birthday decoration set, without original packaging. It includes a "Happy Birthday" banner with a mermaid scale pattern, strung on a purple ribbon. There are two shell-shaped balloons, two mermaid tail balloons in purple, and three star-shaped balloons in silver. Also included is a Disney "The Little Mermaid" cupcake liner and topper set, containing 48 pieces. All items appear to be in pristine condition.
