This is a vintage 80's or 90's Beatles cartoon Christmas t-shirt in excellent, never worn condition.
I obtained this from a former New York Capitol Records employee many years ago and if memory serves me correctly, he said they were very limited holiday promotional shirts.
It would be a great addition to any vintage t-shirt or rock memorabilia collection.
