The Hole Punch Plier creates 6.0mm semi-circular cut outs for an ease for the clear aligners around bonded buttons used for elastics. It precisely also nip’s away plastic to provide soft tissue clearance to prevent aligner impingement of tissue.
3) Horizontal Aligner Plier
The Horizontal Plier helps in creating an indent to accentuate individual root torques. It also amplifies the retention of retainers or clear aligners by placing an indent into tooth's undercut bonded attachment.
4) Tear Drop Aligner Plier
Tear Drop Plier craves at the gingival margin of clear aligners for where elastic hooks are required which provides a reservoir to hold the elastics in place as the aligner is seated which permits an easier manipulation of elastics by the patient.
5) Vertical Aligner Plier
Vertical Pliers help in rotational couple that can also be created using vertical indents on facial and lingual surfaces on parallel sides of a tooth. The Vertical plier can also be used to produce an indent to produce a mild cut to enhance resolution of in-and-out discrepancies.
