The CY-16R-T is a 16-inch ride cymbal pad designed with a thinner profile than previous V-Cymbals, delivering a more realistic playing feel and natural swinging motion. Its refined appearance closely resembles that of an acoustic cymbal on stage.
It features dual trigger outputs—[bow/bell] and [bow/edge]—allowing players to choose between bell shots and edge shots according to their playing style. When paired with a sound module that supports three-way triggering, it enables distinct articulation of the bow, bell, and edge zones. The pad also supports choke techniques by grabbing the edge to mute the sound.
