Working environment of the pump

The ambient temperature should be controlled between 0~50℃; the pump should not be exposed to the sun, and should work in a clean environment. The working medium of the pump must not contain oil, but it is allowed to be rich in water vapor: the medium temperature must be controlled at 5~ ～60℃. Do not allow solid foreign matter to enter the pump. It is best to filter the gas before entering the pump.

Precautions

1. The motor lead must be welded quickly, otherwise the high temperature will damage the motor. 2. When there is a large air flow through the pump, the noise is louder. Do not block the inlet and outlet of the air pump to avoid affecting the life of the motor. 3. The air pump cannot work in an inflammable and explosive atmosphere without any treatment; when extracting harmful gases, the customer must seal the entire pump again to ensure the safety of life. If used for explosion-proof, the voltage can be as low as possible, and current overload protection can be added. 4. Foreign matter must not fall into the air nozzle, otherwise it will damage the micro pump! The pumping and exhaust ports should be connected correctly, otherwise the micro pump will work abnormally or be damaged. 5. Can not be used to smoke samples containing oily fumes, if it is necessary to smoke. It is best to clean the diaphragm of the pump in time after filtering or pumping. 6. When the pump pumps a large amount of dust-containing gas, it is best to add a filter at the front end of the air inlet. So as not to cause the vacuum degree and pumping rate to drop. If it has fallen, you can disassemble the upper cover and the middle cover (air chamber parts) by yourself, do not move the other parts of the pump, scrub the air chamber diaphragm with alcohol cotton, and reinstall it.
