This product is an antique Minton tile depicting a biblical scene from the Parable of the Sower. Made in England during the 1880s the tile is in very good condition without chips or cracks, though the back shows some wear on the corners and edges. The tile features a pictorial design in beige and black colors, showcasing intricate details in ceramic material using the faience pottery technique. Produced by Minton Hollins & Co, known for their Arts & Crafts/Mission style, these fireplace tiles are unique pieces that have been salvaged and reclaimed. The tile is approximately 6" X 6" X 3/8".
