• Giant piece of art standing at 72.0 cm tall and weighing in at 24.0 LBs, which is the average weight of a dozen typical household lamps

• Standing on a substantial white metal circular pedestal base

• Large Original hand-moulded patterned and lightly tinted art glass globe shade designed to sit neatly into the base pedestal, and structurally support the large deco dancer figure

• Original, Very tasteful white metal casting of a stunning lady dancer in an elegant posture, dressed in stylish flowing bronzed outfit with arms out-stretched, and tip-towing on one foot, looking almost real, she is so beautiful, and in unblemished condition

• Fitted with Original 1930s Genuine “CRATER” inline white Bakelite switch, which is by far the most sought after of all original deco Bakelite inline switches

• Original B-22 Brass / bronze bayonet-fit bulb holder designed round a threaded steel central shaft running vertically through the large Globe, and connecting the white metal pedestal to the deco dancer figure

this period piece is in beautiful period condition with charming aging patina and NO known faults, believed to have been in boxed storage since the 1950s. All 8 fingers, 2 thumps, and 10 toes are in perfect original condition, Globe shade is in perfect condition too. would benefit from a quick clean up before display. (please study images and make your own informed assessment)   Please note: Considering the rarity of the item, two "knowledgeable" pairs of hands assembly will be necessary; detailed condition report will be photographically documented during the different stages of professional packaging. Lamp will also be available for collection “fully assembled”  and ready to travel from our warehouse in Manchester. Please enquire

Packaging & Shipping

• Lamp will be Inspected and Re-tested prior to packaging, Lamp will be packaged into two individual parcel for optimal safety in transit, Globe and lady dancer will be packaged into Parcel “1” while the heavy pedestal will will be shipped in its own parcel for the same security reason both parcels will be shipped by Royal mail Parcel Force 24H express tracked delivery.

• Packaging process is always documented in images, which are forwarded to buyer as soon as parcel is dispatched.
