It does have some wear and tear from being used over the years

When plugged in the light does light up as it should

I do NOT see any major damage just some paint on the top

I believe at one time it would revolve but I am not sure, I came to this conclusion when I seen the interior and noticed a plastic sprocket on the inside lighting socket

The cord has been severed and reattached with screw caps, Other than that the cord is in good shape

This will require a ton of work to get it ready for shipping and a ton of packing material and a good box to make sure it arrives as it was shipped
