Ornate, Victorian style creamer / milk jug for high tea
I think much later - 80s? though has a very traditional design
Measures approx 10" tall (25cm)
I have listed this as silver plate but the finish is more like chromium plate and there's no marks to indicate it's silver plated. The plating is off in quite a few places as you see in the photos.
