Easy To Use

STEP 1: Align and install the drill sleeve fixturethe with tool hold down bolt on the engine balancers.（Tighten and fix them with wrench tool）

STEP 2: Install the drill bit on a suitable air drill or electric drill, align the hole on the drill sleeve fixture, and start drilling.

STEP 3: Install two 1/4" diameter roll pins on the drilled holes.
