Adorable puff sleeve square neck, mocked back tiered light blue chambray linen/cotton blend mini dress in a size small. Measurements included in photos. Chest measures just 28 inches when I laid flat however, there is plenty of stretch with the smocked backing. Should fit up to a women’s size 34 inch chest.
