Superb Antique from late 19th Century Dutch School Original Oil On Canvas "Winter Landscape" Signed, Framed!

The product is a picturesque antique original oil painting from the late 19th century titled "Winter Landscape". The painting depicts a tranquil, snow-covered scene with a frozen waterway and figures skating on the ice.  It is a typical Dutch winter scene with a snow-covered landscape.   This artwork is in Romantic movement, characterized by its' focus on landscape, atmosphere, and detail.   It falls into the genre of winter landscapes, a popular subject in 19th century Dutch paintings.  The color palette and lighting are typical of Dutch paintings from this era. The style is similar to works of artists like Andreas Schelfhout (1787-1870), Dutch artist known for winter scenes.Such paintings evoke a scene of national pride and the virtues of Dutch life. 

Signed illegibly by the artist in lower right, pictures ##1, 2, 4, 5.   (First initial is "L".   And the first letter of the last name is "T").

Dimensions:   

* the image is 16"  x  20";   

 * presented in absolutely beautiful antique double-sided carved ornate gilded wooden frame: 24"  x  27-1/2".  (some wear on the side of the frame, common for the frames of this age). 

There is a stamp on the back canvas from London dealer/manufacture, pictures ##19 and 20.

Condition:  THIS ARTWORK IS IN VERY GOOD Antique Condition that HAS BEEN WELL PRESERVED AND WELL BEING TAKEN CARE OF (NO SIGNS of wear, paint chip, and/or rubbing).
