We ship exclusively to the 48 contiguous United States. We cannot deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico), P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
With warehouses on both coasts, most orders arrive within 3-5 business days. If an item is out of stock at the nearest warehouse, it may be fulfilled from a more distant location, extending delivery to up to 6 business days.
Please verify your shipping address before checkout. We can only ship to the PayPal-verified address provided at purchase. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we can update the address upon request. If the order is already with FedEx (even if not yet marked “shipped” in the marketplace), you may redirect it by creating an account at FedEx Delivery Manager.
LTL Freight Shipments
Larger items (e.g., outdoor furniture sets) are shipped via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight for safe delivery. For these shipments:
FedEx will schedule a delivery appointment—please include a contact phone number in your order.
Someone must be present to accept and sign for the delivery.
Drivers will place the items at the curb/driveway only; additional assistance (e.g., carrying inside) incurs extra fees.

1. I just purchased an item from you—when will it ship?
Orders placed by 12:00 PM PST on a business day typically ship the same day. Orders placed after that time usually ship the next business day.
2. My order shows as “shipped” with a tracking number, but it’s not appearing in FedEx’s system—what’s going on?
Once we print the shipping label and stage your package for FedEx pickup, it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear in FedEx’s system. If there’s still no update after 24 hours, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
3. Can you ship to my country / P.O. Box / Hawaii / Alaska / Puerto Rico / APO or FPO address?
We currently ship only to physical street addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico), Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations.
4. What is Aosom’s Cancellation Policy?
We aim to process orders within one business day (excluding weekends and holidays). If you request a cancellation on the same day as purchase, we can usually stop the shipment and issue a refund within 1–2 business days.
If the item has already shipped, we’ll attempt to request a Return to Shipper (RTS) through the carrier. However, this isn’t always successful. In such cases, you may need to refuse delivery when the carrier arrives. Once the item is confirmed to be returning to us, your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days.
We accept returns for any reason within 30 days of purchase, and select products qualify for free returns.
To initiate a return, please message us through the marketplace where you made your purchase to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Do not ship items back without an RMA, as unauthorized returns may be lost or refused.For quality issues, we may ask for photos to assess the best resolution-such as replacement parts, a full unit replacement, or a refund. Providing clear images upfront helps us resolve your request faster. In many cases, we can waive the physical return entirely, using your photos as proof to process an exchange or refund immediately—saving you time and hassle.
Once a return is received (or when we confirm that photos suffice as your return), please allow 2–3 business days for your refund to be processed.
