Shipping
We ship most packages via DHL or DPD, but in some cases, we can use other shipping methods i.e. FedEx, Raben etc. We can also use your courier account number for covering the shipping cost, if requested.
Servers are packed in individual, dedicated boxes with our custom foam fillings, so you can be sure it will come to you undamaged. Each package is also insured. In most cases courier will call you before delivery and make an appointment for a specific time and place of delivery.
Warranty
Buy your server from us, an authorized Dell partner, and benefit from professional maintenance and support services.
Refurbished devices are sold with a Next Business Day premium service contract and this part is covered by 36-m variant. In the event of a failure, we are first to deliver replacement equipment to you.
New servers are covered by manufacturer’s warranty – you can receive more information by contacting us.
In case of any transportation damages, you must notify us about damaged items within 24 hours from delivery.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the goods.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the product is safely delivered to us.
For export shipments (subject to customs duties and/or VAT), the buyer covers all return-related costs, including preparation of customs documentation.
