Listing as used although new in package items and is due to packaging has wear and some discoloration on the base of the one item.

Dated 1995 Hardee’s Food Systems, Inc. and 1995 Marvel Entertainment Group branding on the package for the X-Men Time Gliders Phantasia vs Storm. Contains two figures, the base, COA and trading card. 

Per the details on the Certificate of Authenticity as shown “Certifies that X-Men figurine is an official Limited-Edition issue created exclusively for Hardee’s”. All figures made of a hard plastic/PVC type material and has a plastic base with the pegs for the figures. There is discoloration on the base for this set. Please do not purchase if any of this is a concern for you.

Dated 1996 Mcdonald’s and Marvel branding on the package for the Storm vehicle from the Marvel Super Heroes series of Happy Meal Toys.

There is a lot of handling wear on the packages to include wrinkling, clouding, handling marks, and the red Caution label along with a tear on the side of the package for the Storm Time Gliders. Please do not purchase if any of this is a concern for you.
