  • For PSL Items (Pre-orders): These are pre-order items. Shipping will begin 3-6 days after the official release date. Please note that release dates may be delayed due to manufacturer circumstances.
  • Cancellation Policy: Order cancellations must be requested within 1 day of purchase. Cancellations after this period may be declined as shipping processes have already begun.

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt under the following conditions:

For New Items:
  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Returns due to buyer's convenience: buyer pays return shipping
  • Not accepted for minor box damage or manufacturer imperfections (though we may accommodate with buyer-paid return shipping)
For Pre-Owned Items:
  • Item not as described: Full refund if significantly different from description
  • Functionality issues: Full refund if item doesn't work as stated
  • Buyer's remorse: Returns accepted but buyer pays return shipping
  • Not eligible: Normal wear consistent with photos and description
