Overview

This 2 pack of Black Ash uPVC capping boards is designed to cover existing internal window sills and tired window boards without full replacement. Each board is 2m long and 9mm thick, with depth options from 150mm to 300mm to suit a wide range of sill sizes.

Fitting

  1. Clean the existing sill surface thoroughly before fitting.
  2. Measure and cut the capping board to the required length using a fine-tooth saw.
  3. Dry-fit the board to check alignment before final fixing.
  4. Apply suitable grab adhesive evenly to the back of the board.
  5. Position the board and press firmly for a secure bond.
  6. Seal edges with silicone or decorator’s caulk where required for a neat professional finish.
