Comes with COA and original Styrofoam shell.  Approximately 6 inches tall by 7 inches wide.  Lamp portion tested and working--see pictures.  Some snow appears to be missing from the larger chimney stack (see 9th and 10th pictures), but otherwise cottage and accessories are in good condition--see pictures.
