I think it's made of synthetic leather with a coating.

There are pockets on the front and inside. It's made pretty roughly.

The navy blue with the geometric Chloe logo gives it a retro feel that's irresistible.

There was a slight dullness on the back when I bought it, but it wasn't visible when I was using it so I didn't mind. I've only used it once myself.
