It is tested and works perfectly (see the video of the radio working and it playing a DVD on the screen). The screen has no scuffs or scrapes or scratches (the screen film was taken off just before the pictures were taken). The housing for the unit has the usual scuffs and scrapes from use but works perfectly. It does not include a remote control. We ship the same business day in most cases.
