No cracks in plastic. No loose rivets or screws. Cord is nice and flexible with no cracks or exposed wires. The plug in does have ground plug in metal that goes into the outlet missing. Looks like previous owner took it off.

Pull on off cord does works as it should. Qhen you pull it on you have to wait several second for the florescent lights to come on which is normal.
