This watch was purchased by my brother on November 16, 1999 via mail order (order # 118285) from Ashford.com of Houston, TX.  Ashford.com is still in business today. 

My brother had the receipt showing the battery was replaced by Fast Fix Jewelry 2860 Cumberland Mall, Atlanta GA 30339 on October 19, 2023.  I had the battery replaced there in February, 2025.

This watch is described by Ashford.com as:  Model 602695, serial number 3694386, stainless steel case and bracelet with micron accents, mineral crystal, water resistant to 99 feet.
